Dubai's property market moves fast — and that speed sometimes comes at the cost of small, expensive oversights in construction and handover. Too often, buyers only discover a defect after they've signed, after the developer's obligation to fix it for free has already passed. We started Property Snagging DXB to change that: an independent set of eyes before you sign anything, not after.
